Saggio begins playing the West African Kora and the Hang and Halo Sound Sculptures and other World Instruments at 6:30 PM. You are invited to sit in silence in this extraordinary and rare healing sound that lays the foundation for the Crystal Singing Bowls that will follow.
Please remember to call or email us to reserve your space and obtain directions. Do this early as the sessions sometimes fill up fast and we need to know who is coming in order to accommodate everyone. The Meditation is held upstairs in the Meditation Room.
If you would prefer to sit in a chair instead of on the floor, please let Barbara know when you register to reserve a chair for you.
If you are unable to attend after you have reserved a space, please call so that we can offer that space to someone else.
