“I had the privilege of experiencing Saggio and Barbara’s music and a private healing session at a recent retreat...Barbara intuitively knows what bowls to play. I went into very deep breathing as she began, and I began having physical releases through small body movements. My body seemed to know how to release and correct itself with the sounds. As I brought my attention there, the pain increased and then began to fade away. I have always had severe menstrual pain (I did not disclose this to them before or during the session).
